Shipping Policy

Orders shipped for delivery within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped free of freight charges.

All other orders will be sent with freight payable at point of destination.

Return Policy

A return of purchased items is allowed under certain conditions. Those conditions include the following: orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase, product must be in like new condition and suitable for resale and product must be returned in original packaging. Customer must pay return shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. In order to return merchandise purchased from 4 Truck-Accessories, you must first obtain a "Returned Goods Authorization" (RGA) number. E-mail us at rga@4truck-accessories.com, stating the reason for return. We will e-mail you back with instructions and the shipping address.

You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card and your order meets the above stated requirements for return, a credit will be issued for the purchase price less the restocking fee when the returned merchandise is received and inspected. This credit will appear on your billing statement.

Products shipped by freight carriers.

Certain items sold by 4truck-accessories are of such size or weight that they cannot be shipped via UPS/FedEx or other small package carriers. These items, primarily truck tool boxes and some grill guards, need to be shipped via common LTL carriers. Proper care must be taken by the customer when ordering these products. If the product you order doesn't fit the application, and the mistake is caused by the failure of the customer to choose the proper part number or you change your mind about purchasing the product, the customer will be responsible for the freight charges both ways, plus the normal restocking fees.

We want to stress the importance of proper selection of the requested part number as the freight costs are considerable on these items. Average freight costs on a tool box will run over $80.00, one way.
